The former South West Strategic Health Authority Board accepted the recommendations of a tender panel for new provision to develop the existing workforce from April 2011.
The new provider, for all seven pathways, is a consortium of Capita Consulting together with Tribal Education and national and regional academic partners.

Funding for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities sits within education and training contracts.
