Workforce Development
Workforce Development is here to support NHS South West organisations in the delivery of effective workforce planning to support service delivery.
This is achieved through understanding NHS organisations' workforce demand and using this to inform the education commissioning process. This is underpinned by the Workforce Intelligence Unit's analysis of the South West workforce and the development of workforce planning capacity and capability in local NHS Trusts.
The Widening Participation section of this website provides information on Apprenticeships, the Joint Investment Framework process and Skills Alliance groups.
